| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年病人开腹胆囊切除术后加快胃肠功能恢复的干预措施。方法将130例开腹胆囊切除术的老年病人随机分为观察组和对照组各65例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组进行术后干预措施,术后5天比较效果。结果两组术后肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间比较均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,两组术后不适症状（腹痛、腹胀）发生情况比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论老年病人开腹胆囊切除术后对患者实施干预措施可加快胃肠功能的恢复和减少并发症的发生。
