摘    要:针对枣阳原生金红石矿,用磁选-重选-浮选相结合的联合工艺流程进行分选,磁选可抛除20~27%的磁性矿物,非磁性产品经螺旋溜槽进行脱泥后进入浮选作业,用SPA和OCT做组合捕收剂,经一次粗选两次精选和两次扫选可得TiO2品位为70.98%,作业回收率为88.60%的浮选精矿。浮选精矿经磁选焙烧酸洗后,可得最终精矿指标为:TiO2品位89.53%,回收率74.78%。

Abstract:Based on the mineralogy, a combined flowsheet of magnetic separation-gravity separation-flotation was developed to investigate the primary rutile of Zaoyang. With 20~27% of magnetic minerals removed from the rutile ore, non-magnetic products were floated used SPA and OCT as combined collector after disliming by spiral chute, and the grade and recovery rate of concentrate were respectively70.98% and 88.60% . Furthermore, a grade of 89.53% and recovery of 74.78 were obtained after magnetic, roasting and pickling.
