| 摘 要： | 钩体LPS分别经1N盐酸及0.1N醋酸水解后得到阳性的硫代巴比妥酸反应。其吸收光谱扫描曲线与标准KDO完全相同。 醋酸水解所测KDO值约为盐酸水解的一半。不事先水解的钩体LPS硫代巴比妥酸反应为阴性。 实验表明钩体含有在组成上与KDO一致的物质。

| Abstract: | The preparation of leptospiral lipopolysaccharides ( L-LPS ) was subjected to hydrolysis with IN hydrochloric acid and 0.1N acetic acid respectively. The hydrolysate showed positive thiobarbituricacid reaction. It's pattem of absorption was very similar to that of the standard KDO.The value of O.Dof HAc was about 1/2 of that of Hcl-hydroly-sate. It was negative when the L-LPS was not pretreated by hydrolysis.The results indicated that the L-LPS studied contained the material corresponding to the components of the standard KDO. |
