功率回收型液压抽油机实验系统的设计与建立

摘    要:功率回收型液压抽油机采用转速控制的二次调节液压系统, 其主要特点是泵和二次元件马达( 可用作泵) 之间所接的蓄能器消除了两者之间流量和功率的直接联系, 并使功率储存和回收成为可能。为对这种抽油机的速度控制及功率回收率的原理性应用做基础研究, 通过比较, 确定以机液反馈二次调节系统为驱动部分, 与蓄能器相连的液压缸为加载部分, 配以适当的检测与显示装置, 设计并建立了功率回收型液压抽油机模拟实验系统。

Abstract:The basic principle and main characteristics of the hydraulic pumping unit with power recovery are expounded. For the purpose of making a fundamental research of the principle of speed control and power recovery rate of the unit, by taking a secondary regulating system with mechano hydraulic feedback as the driving part and the hydraulic cylinder connected with the accumulater as loading part, an experimental simulation system for hydraulic pumping units with power recovery, provided with proper inspection and display apparatus, is designed and established.
