膜联蛋白A5水平检测在妊娠中期胎儿宫内生长受限诊断中的应用研究

目的研究膜联蛋白A5水平检测在妊娠中期胎儿宫内生长受限诊断中的应用价值。方法以137例孕15~24周的孕妇为研究对象,行羊膜腔穿刺,获取羊水标本,行ELISA检测,确定膜联蛋白A5的水平。根据是否发生胎儿宫内生长受限及膜联蛋白A5表达水平是否〉20 ng/L进行分组：1以出现胎儿宫内生长受限为观察A组（n=27）,其余为对照A组（n=110）,比较两组的膜联蛋白A5水平;2以膜联蛋白A5水平表达水平〉20 ng/L为观察B组（n=92）,其余为对照B组（n=45）,比较两组的胎儿宫内生长受限率。结果观察A组的膜联蛋白A5表达水平为（26.54±2.77）ng/L,明显高于对照A组的（19.42±2.21）ng/L,差异有统计学意义（t=14.2384,P〈0.01）。观察B组出现胎儿宫内生长受限24例,占26.1%（24/92）,而对照B组出现3例,占6.7%（3/45）,观察B组的胎儿宫内生长受限率明显高于对照B组,差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.2024,P〈0.01）。结论膜联蛋白A5的表达水平与妊娠中期胎儿宫内生长受限存在直接关系,对于该蛋白表达水平〉20 ng/L的孕妇,需要重点预防胎儿宫内生长受限的发生。

Application study of Annexin A level in the diagnosis of intrauterine growth restriction in the second trimester of pregnancy

Objective To study the application value of Annexin A level in the diagnosis of intrauterine growth restriction in the second trimester of pregnancy. Methods 137 pregnant women（gestational weeks：15-24 weeks） were selected as the research objects, and they were given the amniotic cavity puncture to obtain the specimen of amniotic fluid detected by ELISA,Annexin A5 level was determined.The pregnant women were grouped according to whether the incidence of intrauterine growth restriction and whether the Annexin A5 level 〉20 ng/L：1the pregnant women having the intrauterine growth restriction were selected as the observation A group（n=27）,the others were selected as the control A group（n=110）,and the Annexin A5 level in the two group was compared; 2the pregnant women with the Annexin A5 level 〉20 ng/L were selected as the observation B group（n=92）,and the others were selected as the control B group（n=45）,and the rate of intrauterine growth restriction in the two groups was compared. Results The expression level of Annexin A5 in the observation A group [（26.54±2.77） ng/L] was higher than that in the control A group [（19.42±2.21） ng/L）,and there was a statistical difference（t =14.2384,P 〈0.01）;the rate intrauterine growth restriction in the observation B group [26.1%（24/92）] was obviously higher than that in the control B group,and there was a statistical difference（χ2=7.2024,P 〈0.01）. Conclusion There is a direct relationship between the expression level of Annexin A5 intrauterine growth restriction the second trimester of pregnancy.For pregnant women with the expression level of Annexin A5 〉20ng/L,it needs to focus on the prevention of the occurrence of intrauterine growth restriction.
