F20叉车多路阀微动特性仿真分析

摘    要:以叉车作业过程中倾斜自锁阀片进回油时单片阀体内部油路为研究对象,给出了倾斜自锁阀片的阀芯位移与不同油口通断时形成的压力与流量特性等参数,并进行了仿真分析。将仿真所得数据与理论计算数据进行对比,分析结果表明:理论计算与仿真数值趋势基本一致;完善了阀体内流道模型,并验证了模型的准确性,有助于对元件局部构造进行设计优化。

Abstract:Based on monolithic internal body oil circuit of tilt self-locking valve plates in the process of operation of forklift as the research object, the formation of parameters of pressure and flow characteristic when tilt self-locking valve of the valve core displacement with different oil mouth on and off were established, and then analyzed with simulation. The simulation data were compared with theoretical calculation data. The analysis result shows that the trend of theoretical calculation is basically identical to the numerical simulation. The body internal flow model is improved perfectly, and the modeling accuracy is verified, which helps optimization design of element local structure.
