分级心理护理在老年急性脑梗死手术患者中的应用效果

目的探讨分级心理护理在老年急性脑梗死手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月在本院接受急性脑梗死手术治疗的100例患者为研究对象,按照术后护理方式不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。两组患者均实施介入溶栓术治疗。对照组行常规心理护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加分级心理护理。比较两组的焦虑、抑郁、睡眠质量、认知功能及心理健康状况评分。结果护理后,两组患者的SAS及SDS评分均较护理前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者除使用睡眠药物指标外的PSQI各项评分均较护理前降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的MoCA评分均较护理前升高,SCL-90评分均较护理前降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分级心理护理应用于老年急性脑梗死手术患者中,可有效缓解患者的负面情绪,提升其睡眠质量与认知功能,改善其心理健康状况。

Application effect of hierarchical psychological nursing in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing operation

Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical psychological nursing in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing operation.Methods A total of 100 patients who received acute cerebral infarction surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different postoperative nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with interventional thrombolysis.The control group received routine psychological nursing,and the observation group received hierarchical psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The scores of anxiety,depression,sleep quality,cognitive function and mental health status were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,those of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the PSQI scores except for the indexes of using sleep drugs of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,MoCA score of the two groups were higher than that before nursing,and SCL-90 score were lower than that before nursing,those of the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical psychological nursing for elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing operation can effectively alleviate their negative emotions,promote their sleep quality and cognitive function,and improve their mental health status.
