| 摘 要： | 分析乳化炸药连续生产线的工艺流程,并采用了IPC-PLC的两级控制系统的结构,在上位机IPC使用组态王(Kingview6.5)设计监控系统,并详细阐述了系统各种数据处理功能,简要介绍了画面监视、故障分析等其他功能,两年多运行结果表明监控系统实用性强、可靠性高.
