| 摘 要： | 目的检测阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者体内晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)水平,探讨其对OSAHS患者易患心血管疾病的作用机制。方法对OSAHS患者和健康对照组进行多导睡眠监测。次晨采空腹静脉血,分光光度计法检测血清AOPP。结果 AOPP水平在轻度、中度、重度OSAHS组患者均高于正常对照组(P<0.05或0.01);相关分析显示AOPP与呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)呈正相关(r=0.32,P<0.01)。结论体内AOPP水平升高可能是OSAHS患者易患高血压、冠心病等心血管疾病的机制之一。
