| 摘 要： | 通过对实际调查数据的分析，归纳出我国企业供应链中供需合作关系存在的3个主要问题：合作伙伴之间的信任不对称；浅层次合作多，战略合作活动少；短期合作业务多，长期合作活动少。基于这些关键问题，探讨了优化企业供需合作关系的基本理论，提出了3种优化供需合作关系策略。

| Abstract: | Based on the fact of empirical survey in China, the main problems of supply and demand relationships in Chinese enterprises were summarized as: asymmetrical trust; superficial cooperation more than strategic cooperation; short-term cooperation more than long-term cooperation. Considering these problems, optimization theory of supply and demand relationships was discussed. According to different characteristics of supply chain in lifecycle, structure, and business segment, three optimization strategies were advanced respectively. Technology and operation methods of different optimization strategies were put forward. |
