| 摘 要： | 由于多媒体编码和解码的问题．导致不能在线观看．只能下载到本地播放。本文采用了流媒体技术。通过设计WEB视频网站并以其为平台实现视频资源在线播放。本文说明了流媒体服务器的配置和如何使用ASP．NET工具设计设网站。

| Abstract: | Because of existing some questions in the process of encoding and decoding multimedia,multimedia cannot be played online and only downloaded to personal computer to be played.The paper uses streaming media technology and make it possible by designing WEB video website and taking it as the platform.The paper introduces how to design streaming media resources website,illuminates how to configure streaming media server and design the website by ASP.NET tool. |
