| Abstract: | The open access movement brings about opportunities to ther construction of foreign journal resources of China’s university library.This paper introduces the development of OAJ publication management software system and OAJ database resources,analyzes the superiorities of university library in the construction of OAJ resources system by itself,and discusses the strategies and significance of constructing OAJ resources system by university library itself. |
