| 摘 要： | 为了探讨原发性肝癌（简称肝癌）患者手术前后外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群变化。采用ＡＰＡＡＰ法对３０例肝癌患者手术前后进行外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群检测并与健康人４０例作比较，结果显示：肝癌患者手术前Ｔ细胞亚群中ＣＤ３＾＋、ＣＤ４＾＋、ＣＤ４＾＋／ＣＤ８＾＋比值明显低于正常对照组（Ｐ〈０．０５），而ＣＤ８＾＋细胞高于正常对照组（Ｐ〈０．０５）；手术切除肿瘤２周后，患者ＣＤ３＾＋、ＣＤ４＾＋、ＣＤ４＾＋／ＣＤ８＾＋
