钽或铌酸盐化合物生产工艺研究

摘    要:提供了一种经过改进的生产钽酸盐或铌酸盐化合物的新工艺。该工艺是用高纯H2TaF7或H2NbF7和H2NbOF5溶液经沉淀等一系列反应后,先生产一种含钽或铌的化合物,然后再将该化合物与高纯碳酸盐或氢氧化物进行均相混料,经低温烘干、烧结、酸洗、水洗、过滤、烘干后,得到钽或铌酸盐化合物。用新工艺生产的钽或铌酸盐化合物用于制备钽或铌酸盐晶体时,从根本上克服了传统方法固体粉末混料不均匀等缺点所造成的质量不稳定的问题。

Abstract:This article described a new improved technology of Tantalate or niobate compound. First a compound which contains Tantalum or niobium was precipitated from high purity H2TaF7 or H2NbF7/H2NbOF5 solution through a series of reactions. Then the compound with high-purity carbonate or hydrate is blended homogeneously. After drying at low temperature, sintering, acid-washing, water-washing,filtration and drying at high temperature. Tantalate or Niobate compound was got finally. As compared with traditional process,the new technology by which the compounds used for preparing tantalate or niobate crystal was obtained,overcame thoroughly the problems of in-uniform blend and incorrect weighing which results in unstable guality.
