| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨解剖型钢板治疗经骨下段骨折的方法。方法：21例胫骨远端骨折患，采用切开复位，解剖钢板内固定的方法治疗。结果：随访14～20个月，优14例，良4例，可1例，差2例。优良率85．7％。主要并发症有：骨折延迟愈合1例，骨不连1例，感染1例。结论：合理选择适应症，采用解剖型钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折可以获得较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:to explore the treatment of distal fibular fracture using anatomical plates. Methods: 21 cases of distal fibular fracture were reduced by open approach and fixed internally by anatomical plates. Results: as shown by 14-20 month follow up, the treatment outcomes were excellent in 14 cases, good in 4, acceptable in 1 and bad in 2. The rate of effectiveness was 85.7%. Major complications included delayed union (1 case), non-union (1 case) and infection (1 case). Conclusion: treatment of distal fibular fracture with anatomical plates is effective when indicated. |
