C.I.分散蓝291在棉织物上的光变色反应分析

摘    要:采用X光电子能谱仪测出了3种形式的C.I.分散蓝291染料(以下简称291)中C、N 2种元素的结合能.这3种形式分别是:粉末291(纯染料)、转移印制到棉织物上的291及在棉织物上经光照后的291;测定了棉印花布在有氧和无氧2种条件下光照前后的色差,通过综合分析织物上染料分子中C、N 2种元素在光照前后的结合能变化和色差,推测出了染料291在棉上的光变色反应机理.

Abstract:The binding energy of element C and N in C. I. disperse blue 291 under three states, in which the C. I. disperse blue 291 was pure dyestuff powder, was on fabric and exposed to UV on fabric, was tested by XPS. The color-change of transfer printed cloth before and after being lighten with oxygen existing or non-existing was measured. The photo-chemical reaction mechanism of the dyestuff on cotton fabric were inferred through the analysis of binding energy change and the color change of C. I. disperse blue on the fabric.
