井下有限空间内作业人员噪声危害调查

摘    要:为研究煤矿井下环境相对封闭、空间相对有限的情况下,噪声对作业人员的影响及危害,通过问卷调查的形式,分别对开滦集团东欢坨及荆各庄2煤矿井下5个不同作业区人员进行了共计200份的噪声危害问卷调查。将问卷调查结果通过SPSS软件进行统计与分析,并将SPSS分析得到的数据用于分析井下噪声对作业人员的影响及危害,归纳出噪声对作业人员的影响因素,并对噪声、影响因素及症状之间建立了井下噪声对作业人员影响的理论关系模型。结果表明:在井下有限空间内,噪声对作业人员的危害最严重的症状是耳鸣,危害最轻的症状是畏惧感;参与调查的多为年龄较大、工龄较长的作业人员,噪声对工龄较长者的危害程度要大于对年龄较大者,且工龄与噪声危害之间存在Pearson相关性系数大于0的正相关关系。

Abstract:This paper is aimed at engaging in an investigation of the impact and hazard of noise in the underground coal mine on the listening faculties of the coal miners.For the said purpose,we have done an investigation via a form of questionnaire survey in written manner.Since it is inconvenient for the coal miners to give responses to the questions in the questionnaire while they are working in underground conditions,we have managed to deliver the questionnaire to them for response by taking the chance before they were going to come down on shifts.Thus,we have in turn distributed 200 questionnaires in all in 5 different operation areas with 20 copies for each operation area in Dong Huatuo Mine and Jing Gezhuang Mine under Kailuan Coal-mining Group,Hebei.The questionnaire for the given investigation consists of 31 questions in all,which we have prepared on the basis of the underground environment and the hazard of noise made by the electromechanical devices and tools on the operating workers.Since it is only necessary for the workers to give their response to each question merely by choosing "Yes" or "No",it is easy both for them to respond and make the statistics of the results from their answers to the questionnaire.Thus,we were allowed to conduct the questionnaire survey in the pre-production meeting,because it is only the environment of pre-production meeting that can be rather quiet and relatively concentrated to attract the underground miners' attention.After the questionnaire survey,the results of the questionnaire survey were analyzed via SPSS software.The data results of SPSS were used to evaluate the impact and hazards of the noise in the underground coal mine on the operating workers and the different impacts of noise on the operating workers in different operation areas.The influential factors of the noise on the operating miners can thus be summarized as follows.(1) We have established a theoretical relationship model for depicting the relations among the noise,the influential factors and the hazard symptoms.(2) The study results show that,in the limited space of underground mining conditions,the most serious symptom of noise to operating workers is tinnitus,with the lightest symptom being fear.(3) The most of the operating workers who are subjects to the investigation are of the group of older age and longer service terms,but the harm of the noise to the workers with long-standing service proves more serious than that for those more advanced in ages.The relationship between the length of service and the noise hazard proves to be positively correlated with the Pearson correlation coefficient,which is greater than zero.
