消毒供应室对再生医疗器械的全程质控管理

目的研究消毒供应室对再生医疗器械的全程质控管理效果。方法选取我院在2018年1月-2019年12月期间使用的700套再生医疗器械为研究对象,2018年1月-2018年12月期间未施行全程质量控制管理,只施行常规管理,2019年1月-2019年12月期间已施行全程质量控制管理,观察比较全程质量控制管理实施前后再生医疗器械的管理情况以及医务人员对器械消毒的满意度。结果实施后再生医疗器械的回收率、清洗合格率、包装合格率以及灭菌合格率均显著高于实施前,数据差异显著(P<0.05);实施前后医务人员对器械消毒满意度分别为83.33%和100.00%,实施后显著高于实施前,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应室对再生医疗器械的全程质控管理效果显著,能够显著提高再生医疗器械的回收率、清洗合格率、包装合格率以及灭菌合格率,同时还能够显著提高医务人员对器械消毒的满意度。

Full Process Quality Control Management of Regenerative Medical Equipment in Disinfection Supply Room

Objective To study the effect of the whole process quality control management of regenerative medical devices in the disinfection supply room.Methods The 700 sets of regenerative medical devices used in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.From January 2018 to December 2018,no full quality control management was implemented,only routine management was implemented.From January 2019 to December 2019,the whole process of quality control management had been implemented.Observe and compare the management of regenerative medical devices before and after the implementation of the full quality control management,and the satisfaction of medical staff on device disinfection.Results The recovery rate,cleaning pass rate,packaging pass rate,and sterilization pass rate of the regenerative medical devices after implementation were significantly higher than before the implementation,and the data were significantly different(P<0.05);the medical staff’s satisfaction with the device disinfection before and after implementation was 83.33%and 100.00%,after the implementation it was significantly higher than before the implementation,the data was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The disinfection supply room has a significant effect on the quality control management of regenerative medical devices,which can significantly improve the recovery rate,cleaning pass rate,packaging pass rate,and sterilization pass rate of regenerative medical devices.At the same time,it can significantly improve medical staff’s satisfaction on disinfection of devices.
