摘    要:目的研究分析在重症监护室实习护生的带教工作中采用责任制带教模式管理的效果。方法随机抽选2018年1-8月在该院重症监护室实习的护生资料共计56名开展对照分析,抽签法分组为观察组以及对照组,每组28名。对照组实习护生接受功能制教学模式带教,观察组实习护生接受责任制带教模式,分析两组实习护生的理论考核、病历书写、护患沟通、规范操作以及平均成绩分数差异。结果观察组中实习护士的理论考核、病历书写、护患沟通、规范操作以及平均成绩分数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在医院重症监护室的带教工作中,针对实习护生采取责任制带教模式有利于提升其理论水平以及实践操作能力,进而显著提升护理教学质量,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Abstract:Objective To study and analyze the effect of adopting the management model of responsibility system in the teaching work of internship nursing students in intensive care units. Methods A total of 56 cases of nursing students who were interned in the intensive care unit of the hospital from January to August 2018 were randomly selected for comparative analysis. The draw method was divided into observation group and control group, 28 cases in each group. The internship nursing students in the control group received the teaching mode of functional system, the observational students in the observation group accepted the teaching mode of responsibility system, and analyzed the differences in the theoretical evaluation, pathological writing, communication between nurses and patients, standardized operation and average scores of the two groups of internship nursing students. Results The theoretical assessment, pathological writing, nurse-patient communication, standardized operation, and average scores of the practice nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the teaching work of the hospital intensive care unit, adopting the responsibility teaching mode for the internship nursing students is conducive to improving their theoretical level and practical operation ability, and then significantly improving the quality of nursing teaching.
