C反应蛋白、降钙素原和D-二聚体检测在急性白血病中的意义

目的：探讨C反应蛋白（CRP）、降钙素原（PCT）及D-二聚体检测在急性白血病（AL）中的临床意义。方法采用免疫比浊法检测50例AL患者以及50例健康体检者的CRP、D-二聚体，采用电化学发光法检测PCT含量。结果 AL组的CRP、PCT和D-二聚体水平显著高于健康体检组（P〈0.05）；ALL组与ANLL组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；50例AL患者中， CRP阳性率为92%， PCT阳性率为68%， D-二聚体阳性率为74%。结论 CRP、PCT和D-二聚体的检测可反映AL患者机体感染及纤溶系统状况，为临床追踪病情进展及疗效观察提供重要依据。

Clinical significance of C-reactive protein,PCT and D-dimer tests in acute leukemia

Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined determination of CRP, PCT and D-dimer in acute leukemia. Methods The immunoturbidimetric assay in 50 patients with AL and 50 healthy persons CRP, D-dimers, detection of PCT in luminescence method with electrochemical. Results CRP, PCT and D-dimer level in AL was significantly higher than that in healthy controls （P〈0.05）;group ALL comparing to group ANLL, P〉0.05; 50 cases of AL patients, the positive rate of CRP was 92%, the positive rate of PCT was 68%, D-dimer positive rate was 74%. Conclusion Detection of CRP, PCT and D-dimer reflect of infection and fibrinolytic state AL patients, CRP, PCT and D-dimer can be used as three of the indicators of the progress and effect observation of AL.
