p33ING1在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的:检测人胃癌组织中生长抑制因子p33ING1的表达情况,并探讨其与胃癌病人临床病理参数之间的关系.方法:采用免疫组织化学(ElivisionTM plus法)检测胃癌组织91例、正常胃黏膜30例和不典型增生胃黏膜组织35例中p33ING1蛋白的表达情况.结果:在胃癌组织中,p33ING1蛋白表达的阳性率均明显低于正常胃黏膜和不典型增生胃黏膜(P＜0.01).胃癌组织中p33ING1蛋白的表达情况在不同肿瘤的浸润深度、分化程度、临床分期和淋巴结有无转移间差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).应用生存曲线的Log-rank单因素分析显示:浸润深度和淋巴结转移与胃癌的预后均有一定相关性,而p33ING1与胃癌的预后可能无相关性.结论:p33ING1在胃癌组织中表达异常,可能与胃癌的发展有关,有望为胃癌提供新的治疗靶点.

The expression level of p33ING1 in gastric cancer and its clinical significance

Objective:To detect the expression level of p33ING1 in human gastric cancer tissue,and investigate the relationship between p33ING1 level and clinicopathologic characteristics.Methods:The expression levels of p33ING1 in 91 gastric cancer samples,30 normal gastric mucosa tissue samples and 35 atypical hyperplasia tissue samples were detected using immunohistochemical staining method.Results:The positive rate of p33ING1 protein in gastric carcinoma tissue was higher than that in normal gastric tissue and atypical hyperplasia tissue(P ＜0.01).The differences of the p33ING1 protein levels in gastric carcinoma tissue with different depth of invasion,grade of tumor,lymph node metastasis and Duke's stages were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The results of Log-rank test of survival curves showed that the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer were related to prognosis,and the expression level of p33ING1 was not related to prognosis.Conclusions:The abnormal expression of p33ING1 in the gastric tissue may be associated with the development of gastric cancer,which is expected to provide a new target for the treatment of gastric cancer.
