厚朴排气合剂在胃癌术后胃肠道功能恢复中的作用

目的:探讨厚朴排气合剂对于胃癌术后早期胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:将87例胃癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组常规方法处理基础上加用厚朴排气合剂，观察术后首次肠鸣音出现时间、排气排便时间、恶心呕吐及腹胀发生情况并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组的规律肠鸣音出现时间、第一次排便排气时间均明显短于对照组（P<0.05），恶心呕吐及腹痛腹胀等不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:胃癌术后早期应用厚朴排气合剂不但可以恢复胃肠功能，而且可以减少术后并发症的发生。

Effects of Houpupaiqi Heji on the gastrointestinal function of patients after gastric cancer surgery

Objective:To observe the effect of Houpupaiqi Heji on the gastrointestinal function of patients after gastric cancer surgery.Methods:Eighty-seven patients of gastric cancer were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.The latter was given the common treatments and on this basis treatment group was given Houpupaiqi Heji.The curative effect of two groups were observed.Results:The time when the patients emerging bowel sounds regular and passage of gas by anus of treated group were obviously different from the control group (P<0.05).Nausea vomiting，abdominal pain，abdominal distension of treatment group were obviously different from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Houpupaiqi Heji is available to early anastate the gastrointestinal function，reduces the postoperative complications.
