| 摘 要： | 本文在分析了常用模板匹配字符识别方法的问题之后,以车牌字符中常用的字母、数字为例,提出了一种新的基于数字字母特征的编码方法,解决了模板匹配法中的字符图像与模板尺寸不符等问题,提高了识别率。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the problem of template matching method commonly used in character recognition, for the letters and numbers of license plate characters, a new encoding method is proposed in this paper based on the feature of letters and numbers.As a result, the size match problem and other issues can be solved, the recognition rate is improved. |
