摘    要:有杆抽油机井因其结构简单、操作方便、运行平稳而得到大范围内长期应用。但是,由于有杆抽油机摩擦耗能较多,单井系统效率较低,同时,更重要的是现场还存在抽油机井的系统效率和生产液量严重不匹配,造成设备运行不协调。虽然抽油机井可以用参数优化软件进行工作制度的优化,然而由于油井产液的物性测试资料不准,井下结构各异,造成优化结果与现场要求相差较远。本文介绍了通过现场测试确定使得单井系统效率的峰值和油井产液量在冲次上相靠近的方法,在现场得到了应用,证明具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:Although pumping well has strait simple, easily operated running smoothly, it needs a lot of energy and has a low system efficiency, what is more, pumping wells system efficiency is not match with everyday producing yield usually, this can due to equipment not running smoothly. We use optimum software to equipments running law, but we can not get real physical parameter and construct of down well, then optimizing result has a big error in producing ,this article introduces a mouthed how to make it has a bigger producing yield.
