| 摘 要： | 目的:分析临床小药柜在实际应用中出现的问题及解决对策。方法:利用医院信息系统对各科药柜药品使用数据进行统计、分析。结果:临床小药柜管理存在药品使用频率低、药品标志不清等问题,储存条件有待改善。结论:应规范和加强临床小药柜管理,以促进临床用药安全、有效。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To analyze problems occurred in the practical use of clinical medicine cabinet and raise countermeasures.METHODS:The application data of drugs in clinical medicine cabinet were analyzed with the help of Hospital Information System(HIS).RESULTS:Low application frequency and unclear medicine sign were the common problems occurred in the practice of clinical medicine cabinet management;furthermore,the storing condition remained to be improved.CONCLU-SION:Management of clinical medicine cabinet should be regulated and strengthened to promote safe and effective drug use in the clinic. |
