连铸水口接缝吸气及保护研究

摘    要:本文通过连铸水口接缝吸气原理的分析,建立了水口接缝吸气方程,利用该方程的计算结果与实验分析基本吻合。为了避免水口接缝吸入空气和简化保护浇注现场操作,提出了利用密封料密封水口接缝的保护方法,实验结果表明,保护效果显著。

Abstract:The equation of air suction has been set up by analyzing the principle of air suction in the nozzle joint gap in the process of contionously casting. The calculated value from this equation is found to be basically in conformity with the value from experimental analysis. To avoid air suction in the nozzle joint gap and simplify the operating procedure for contionuous casting a protection method in which the joint gap is air tight with sealant is put forward. Experimental results show that this method is very effective.
