脑脉泰联合益肾健脑汤治疗阿尔兹海默病的临床观察

目的：研究脑脉泰联合益肾健脑汤治疗阿尔兹海默病的临床疗效及安全性。方法：61例AD患者随机分为两组。对照组（n=30）给与盐酸多奈哌齐，每次5—10m岛每天1次口服。治疗组（n=31）在此基础上加用脑脉泰胶囊，每次2粒，每天3次口服；益智健脑汤（调心方加减），每日2次水煎服。两组均治疗6个月。治疗前后进行简易智能量表（MMSE）、ADAS-Cog量表、日常生活活动量表（ADL）、脑电图（EEG）的检查和脑CT检查。结果：两组治疗后MMSE升高，ADAS-Cog、ADL评分降低，与本组治疗前相比较，差异均有显著性（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），治疗组变化更明显（P〈0．01）。治疗后两组脑电图a波频、a波幅、θ波频均增加（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），0波幅降低（P〈0．01），治疗组a波频与波幅、θ波幅变化优于对照组（P〈O．05或P〈0．01）。结论：脑脉泰联合益肾健脑汤治疗阿尔兹海默病疗效肯定，且副作用少。

Clinical Observation on Effect of Naomaitai Capsule Combined with Yishenjiannao Decoction in Treating Alzheimer's Disease

To study the efficacy and safty of naomaitai capsule combined with yishenjiannao decoction in treating Alzheimer＇s disease（AD）.Metheds：61 AD patients were randomly assigned into 2 groups,both group was treated with Donepezil 5- 10rag qd po,while the treated group （n=31）was treated with nacmaitai capsule 2 capsules tid po and yishenjiannao decoction（modified tiaoxin recipe）bid po.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The curative effects was evaluated by scoring according to Mini-Mental State Examination（MMSE）,ADAS-Cog and ADL chart ,changes of electroencephalography（EEG） and head computerized tomography（CT） were also observed before and after treatment.Result：After treatment ,both groups＇levels of MMSE were higher,levels of ADAS-Cog and ADL were lower significantly than those before treatment （P〈0.0SorP〈0.01）,the indices of treatment group changed more significantly （P〈0.01）.After treatment,a wave frequency,a wave range, θ wave frequency of both groups were multiplied （P〈0.05orP〈0.01）,and the change of 0 wave range was lower （P〈0.01）. a wave frequency,a wave range, θ wave range of treated group were better than those of control group after treatment （P〈0.05orP〈0.01）.Conclutiou：naomaitai combined with yishenjiannao decoction in treating Alzheimer＇s disease has reliable effect and less adverse reaction.
