广东省流动人口五岁以下儿童可避免死因的研究

目的为了明确广东省流动人口五岁以下儿童可避免死亡指标,为制定本省降低儿童死亡率的卫生政策和医疗保健措施提供一定的理论依据.方法根据Rutstein等提出的可避免死亡指标,采用本省城区本地人口与本省流动人口儿童死因死亡率对比,计算相对危险度.结果广东省流动人口儿童可避免主要死因为:败血症、腹泻、脑膜炎、新生儿破伤风、营养不良、溺水、交通意外,以上可避免死因死亡占本省流动人口5岁以下儿童总死亡的40.5%.结论要降低我省流动人口儿童死亡率,应加强对流动人口可避免死因疾病的控制.

Approach To Indicators of Avoidable Causes of Death among Floating Children under Five in GuangDong Province

Objective In other to determine avoidable death indication among of Guangdong province and to reduce mortality of floating children under five.Methods We measured relative risk(RR) of mortality in children under five between the native children live in urban and floating children to determine avoidable death indicators among Guangdong province.Results Septicemia, diarrhea, meningitis, tetanus, neonatal asphyxia, malnutrition, drowning, traffic accident were considered as avoidable death causes of floating children in guangdong, which account for 40.5% of all death causes of floating children under five.Conclusions Avoidable causes of death mortality among floating children under five in guangdong should be controlled by medical intervention.
