摘    要:为满足强化微电子专业实践教学、推动创新型人才培养的发展需求,特在本科培养方案中设立了《新型材料器件》实践教学课程。通过对课程具体教学内容如器件的模拟仿真、设计、制备和参数测试等的开发设置以及相应的考核体系的完善,可充分调动学生学习的积极性和创新精神,系统地把微电子专业四年所学的课程综合地融合到实践教学中。同时,为充分利用微电子学实验室现有的硬件环境和优势资源、促进师资队伍建设和健全实践教学体系等奠定基础。本课程的改革与探索,将为我校微电子专业本科生实践教学的具体落实和发展做出积极的贡献。

Abstract:To strengthen the practical teaching of microelectronics major and promote innovation personnel training,the practical teaching course New Material and Device was established in undergraduate programs.The student's enthusiasm and innovative spirit of learning would be fully mobilized by setting the specific content of this course such as device simulation,design,preparation and performance testing,and perfecting the corresponding evaluation system.Thus,a four-year curriculum would be systematically integrated into teaching practice.In addition,the bases in our microelectronics laboratory such as fully using the existing hardware environment and advantage resources,promoting the faculty construction and improving the practical teaching system for microelectronics undergraduate,were laid.The reform and exploration of this course would also make a positive contribution to the concrete implementation and development of practical teaching to undergraduate students in microelectronics major.
