| 摘 要： | 血小板聚集交叉试验是一项探讨血小板聚集功能低下或亢进原因的有价值的实验方法之一。本文对Rubin法不足之处加以改进,并对试验方法进行某些探讨,用本文改良聚集交叉法检测20例慢性肝病患者,发现其ADP诱导的血小板聚集功能低下的原因,血浆因素及血小板因素两者兼而有之。10例健康人交叉试验结果却极相近,P>0.05,无统计学意义

| Abstract: | Cross-over studies of platelet aggregation is one of the valuable ' laboratory methods in detecting the cause of hypofunction or hyperfunction of platelet aggregation. A modification of cross-over studies of Rubin method with some correction approaches to its defects was established and applied in 20 patients with chronic liver disease. Both factors of plasma and platelet itself were found in hypofunction of ADP-induced platelet aggregation in patients with chronic liver disease. The results of cross-over studies in 10 normal subjects were nearly the same (p>0.05). There was no statistical significance |
