烧结机扩容对烧结矿FeO含量及转鼓强度的影响

摘    要:在实验室条件下,探讨了烧结机扩容对烧结矿中FeO含量及烧结矿的转鼓强度的影响.试验表明,扩容有利于降低FeO含量,但扩容比例不当时将存在烧结死区.当烧结杯一维扩容15%时,料柱的平均转鼓强度为74.6%,与未扩容时相比,强度有所下降,但仍能满足生产要求.同时考虑到扩容增产的效果,认为扩容15%是有利的。当扩容百分比大于15%,烧结死区进一步扩大,使烧结矿的质量急剧下降,将难以满足高炉生产的要求.

Abstract:Laboratory experiments are carried out in a sintering pot to simulate sintering machine, so that the influence of capacity expansion of sintering machine on the FeO content and drum index of sinter is studied. The results show that, the capacity expansion can help to reduce the FeO content . When the expansion percentage is 15%, the average drum index is 74. 6% , a little worse compared with the original index, but it can still satisfy the requirement of blast furnace production. Taking the production increase into consideration, it is favorable. But the when expansion percentage exceeds 15%, the dead zone will develop to a larger volume, and the quality of sinter will decrease seriously which can not meet the requirement of blast furnace production.
