管壳式换热器壳程流体流动与传热数值模拟

摘    要:利用ANSYS参数化建模方法建立了管壳式换热器的参数化模型,在ANSYS FLUENT 13.0模拟软件中对管壳式换热器的壳程流体的流动与传热进行了数值模拟计算,得到了不同折流板间距及入口流速的情况下换热器壳程流体温度场、速度场和压力场,分析了折流板间距及入口流速对换热效率和流体诱导振动的影响,对换热器结构优化设计提出了改进措施。

Abstract:A parametric model on the shell and tube heat exchanger was established using ANSYS para- metric modeling method. ;I'he numerical simulation on the shell - side fluid flow and heat transfer of shell and tube heat exchanger was performed on ANSYS FLUENT 13.0 software, and the effects of the baffle plate spacing and entrance velocity to the heat transfer efficiency and the fluid induced vibration were discussed, and the structure optimization design of the heat exchanger are proposed based on the results.
