| 摘 要： | 详细介绍双向拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(BOPET)薄膜的生产工艺,包括PET树脂干燥、挤出铸片、双向拉伸、卷取和深加工,并对经常出现的疵病如不熔物、厚度不均、条道、疵点、气泡、穿孔、划痕等进行分析,给出了相应的解决方法。

| Abstract: | The production technology of BOPET film including PET drying,extrusion casting,biaxial tension,coiling and deep-processing was presented in detail.The common defects such as infusible substance,heterogeneous thickness,channel,fault,air bubble,perforation and scratch were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were put forward. |
