| 摘 要： | 生产细旦及超细旦涤纶FDY一般选择油嘴上油方式。以22 dtex/48 f、33 dtex/72 f、55 dtex/96 f等品种为例,就涤纶超细旦FDY上油工艺进行了探讨。选择可降低纺丝张力、提高上油均匀性的JTC油嘴,上油集束位置在40～60 cm之间,以及将HL100型号油剂配制成质量分数为13%的乳液,可使以上细旦及超细旦FDY均匀上油,保证良好的可纺性和产品质量。

Study on Oiling Process of Polyester Super Fine Denier FDY |

| Abstract: | The oiling nozzle system is the normal oiling mode to produce fine denier and super fine denier polyester FDY. Taking 22 dtex/48 f, 33 dtex/72 f and 55 dtex/96 f as examples to discuss the oiling process of super fine denier polyester FDY. By selecting the JTC nozzle that can reduce the spinning tension and improve the oil uniformity, the oiling bundling position between 40～60 cm, and the 13% concentration emulsion made from the finish of HL100 type, the super fine denier FDY can be oiled evenly. It ensues good spinnability and product quality. |
