摘    要:影像组学能够从CT、MRI或PET/CT影像中高通量地提取和分析大量定量影像特征,可以提供肿瘤表型及病变微环境信息。目前肺磨玻璃结节(GGN)的影像组学研究主要集中在良恶性的鉴别、侵袭性或病理分型的判断及基因变化的预测。就肺GGN概述、影像组学的发展及在肺GGN中的应用研究进展予以综述。

Abstract:Radiomics refers to the high-throughput extraction and analysis of a large number of quantitative imaging features from CT,MRI or PET/CT images.These imaging features can provide information about tumor phenotype and lesion microenvironment.At present,the radiomics studies of ground glass nodules in the lung mainly focus on the differentiation of benign and malignant,estimation of invasiveness,pathological classification,and prediction of gene changes,etc.In this article,we reviewed the overview of ground glass nodules in the lung,and the development of radiomics and its application in evaluation of ground glass nodules in the lung.
