| 摘 要： | 分析了材料老化的机制和多种老化过程,通过阐述不同材料在其使用环境中可能受到的老化作用类型,指出老化作用对建筑构件的耐火性能具有较大的影响,并对今后应开展的研究工作提出了建议. |

| Abstract: | The mechanism and process of aging has been analyzed.The article listed the possible aging types of different materials in its serving environment.It was emphasized that the aging had a great effect on the fire resistance performance of the building elements.Suggestions on how to improve in the future work were given. |
