心理干预对妊娠早期孕妇负性情绪及生活质量影响的临床研究

目的：探讨心理护理干预对妊娠早期孕妇心理因素及生活质量的影响,以积累经验,指导临床工作。方法：选取380例早期妊娠孕妇为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,观察组共190例,应用常规健康教育和特定的心理护理支持;对照组共190例,只做常规的健康教育。应用焦虑自评量表和SF-36生活质量量表分析干预后两组孕妇焦虑及生活质量的差别。结果：观察组孕妇干预后焦虑评分明显低于对照组。观察组孕妇干预后在总体健康、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能及精神健康8个角度的评分明显高于对照组。结论：早期妊娠妇女心理不稳定,常影响其情绪及生活质量,对其进行心理护理干预,能改变其负性情绪,并提高生活质量,临床中可以积极应用。

The clinical study of psychological intervention to the negative emotion and life quality in early pregnancy women

Objective： To study the negative emotion and life quality in early pregnancy women by psychological intervention, for directing clinical work. Methods： 380 women of early pregnancy were divided into two groups. The observation group which included 190 women were intervened by normal health education and psychological intervention. The control group which included 190 women were intervened by normal health education. We analyzed the scores of anxiety and life quality in the two groups. Results： The scores of anxiety were lower in the observation group than in the control group after intevention. Compared to the control group, there were obviously significant in general health, physical functioning, role-physical, bodily pain, vitality, social functioning, role -emotional and mental health after intervention. Conclusion： The psychological factors are unstable in early pregnancy women. The psychological intervention can improve the anxiety and life quality, may be recommended in clinical treatment.
