| 摘 要： | 提出分级有限元计算方法,为企业在现有条件下计算大规模问题提供了有效的解决办法。针对某型号刮板输送机输煤槽进行分级,并且对推移耳、铲板槽帮以及轨座进行了有限元计算,结果表明,计算时间减少。同时,这种计算方法,由于实体建模参数减少,且都在同一数量级,为基于有限元分析的结构优化提供了很好的基础。实践证明,这种方法减少了求解规模,节约了机时,提高了计算精度,提高了计算效率。
