摘    要:提出分级有限元计算方法,为企业在现有条件下计算大规模问题提供了有效的解决办法。针对某型号刮板输送机输煤槽进行分级,并且对推移耳、铲板槽帮以及轨座进行了有限元计算,结果表明,计算时间减少。同时,这种计算方法,由于实体建模参数减少,且都在同一数量级,为基于有限元分析的结构优化提供了很好的基础。实践证明,这种方法减少了求解规模,节约了机时,提高了计算精度,提高了计算效率。

Abstract:The hierarchical finite element analysis of complex coal supplying tank using the current hardware was gived.The proposed approach can be used to solve large scale calculations of complicated structure at a lower cost.Some type scraper is dissembled according the hierarchical principle and numerical calculations of pulling ear,tank shoving side and tracking pedestal are implemented.Additionally,the solid model is simplified and the depicting parameters are eliminated considerably compared with the whole str...
