| 摘 要： | 国土资源管理信息化、网络化是政府部门网上工程的一项重要内容之一。本文在分析土地登记发证的图文一体化办公基础上,根据新的功能需求,结合.NET技术、ESRI最新GIS组件产品(ArcGIS Server,ArcSDE),提出了建立基于Web GIS技术的网络国土资源信息系统的实现方案。系统运行证明了网络电子办公势在必行,无论对国土部门还是社会大众都是有益的。

| Abstract: | Land resources information management is an important part of government departments online project.Based on the analysis of land registration situation,this paper put forward a scenario about the implementation of land resource information system with .NET technology and latest ESRI GIS component products (ArcGIS Server,ArcSDE) .After the system running,it was proved that online official handling is necessary and beneficial to both land resource departments and community. |
