| 摘 要： | 本文系统介绍了WinCC组态软件和S7—300系列PLC在华展金杯A1车总装车间监控系统中的应用，并详细描述了该系统的硬件组成，PLC和上位机WinCC的通信方式以及监控画面的制作，最后设计开发了报警消息系统。运行结果表明该系统性能稳定，完全满足了生产需要。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the application of WinCC configuration software and S7-300 series PLC in A1-Car Assembly-line Monitoring System of Brilliance JINBEI Automotive Co.. The hardware structure, communication mode between PLC and WinCC, and creation of monitoring interface is discussed in general. In the end, the system of report forms is designed. The running result shows that the system is very stable, and can fully meet the needs of production. |
