摘    要:盐酸西替利嗪是第二代H1 受体拮抗剂,是目前国际上最畅销的抗过敏药物之一.介绍了盐酸西替利嗪的安全性、疗效、最新的临床应用;重点评述了盐酸西替利嗪由四个起始反应原料出发的合成路线及其优缺点.

Abstract:Cetirizine dihydrochloride,as the second generation H1-receptor antagonist,is one of the best-selling anti-allergy drugs all over the world.In this paper,the medication safety,efficacy and the latest clinical application of cetirizine dihydrochloride are introduced in brief.Its synthetic routes from four basic materials and their advantages and disadvantages are especially summarized.
