摘    要:对直线电动机驱动进给系统在车磨复合数控加工中心上的应用作了系统研究,阐述了直线电动机驱动技术、开放式数控系统原理和基于PMAC的全闭环交流伺服控制系统。本文还结合研究课题介绍了直驱进给系统的调试,并获得了很好的调试效果,保证了数控机床的加工精度。

Abstract:The work presented in this paper focused on the linear motor driving system in the application of the turning and grinding composite machine tool.In addition,linear motor driving,open CNC system and the closed-loop AC Servo control system were introduced in details.This paper also described the debugging process of the linear motor driving system.Finally,we gained good results and it ensure the machining accuracy of the CNC system.
