摘    要:用离子选择电极法研究了牛血红蛋白在各种条件下对钾离子的吸附.结果表明,在中性条件下K~ 几乎没有被吸附;随着溶液pH的增加和K~ 浓度的增加,牛血红蛋白对K~ 的吸附量也增加,在一定条件下达到饱和.牛血红蛋白对K~ 的吸附呈可逆性,但蛋白质本身结构,当pH由>11调至<8.5后,呈不可逆变化.如溶液中存在Na~ ,则K~ 的吸附量下降.表明存在竞争吸附.这些实验结果支持了缔合一诱导理论.

Abstract:The behavior of adsorption of K by bovine hemoglobin, a native high molecular polymer, has been investigated by means of ion selective electrode. The results show that it is almost no adsorption of K by bovine hemoglobin in neutral solution; the value of adsorbed K is increased with the increase of the pH and total K concentration in the solution, and under certain conditions it reachs the saturation. This adsorbing process of K is reversible when pH is more than 9. But the change of conformation and construction of bovine heomglobin is non-reversible when the pH of solution is changed from more thar 11 to less than 8.5. In the case of coexistence of Na , the value of adsorbed K decreases. It means that there is competitive adsorption between K and Na . These results support the associate-inductive hypothesis.
