摘    要:采用厚曲壳大变形有限元方法,研究具有重要工业应用意义的方盒形件冲压胀形过程中的力学行为,并与实验结果进行比较,进而考察板材在冲压成形过程中弯曲效应的影响以及正确选择单元模式的必要性。

Abstract:In this paper,the bulging process of sheet metals in square die, which finds wide application in the present sheet forming industries, is studied by using a thick-shell FEM with large deformation.The calculated results are compared with experimental ones in order to examine the bend effect on the bulging process, and to choose element models correctly.
