摘    要:论述了石化厂爆炸危险环境对空调系统的要求和空调系统的特点,结合实际工程,以现场机柜间为例,分析了现场机柜间空调系统的组成及流程,为保证重要房间和满足一般房间而进行的方案选择、风量计算、新风处理与计算、风管电加热器计算、气流组织方式等设计要点.

Abstract:The requirement and characteristics of air conditioning system in dangerous explosion environment in petrochemical plants are described. Taking field auxiliary rooms for example, the composition and process of air conditioning system for the field auxiliary rooms, the design points including the scheme selection, air volume calculation, fresh air treatment and calculation, calculation of electric heater for air duct and air distribution mode are analyzed to ensure important rooms and meet the requirement for general rooms.
