栉江珧体内重金属含量及评价

摘    要:目的:了解珠海市海鲜市场栉江珧体内重金属污染状况。方法:采集珠海海鲜市场的栉江珧,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定栉江珧四个组织中5种元素Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb、Zn的含量,采用单因子污染评价模式,根据无公害食品水产品中有毒有害物质限量标准对栉江珧的食用安全性进行评价。结果显示Cr、Cu、Pb在栉江珧体内闭壳肌、肝脏、腮、外套膜含量较低;Cd在肝脏中含量最高,在闭壳肌中含量最低;Zn含量在腮中最高,闭壳肌中最低。结论:受试样品中Cd含量只有在闭壳肌的含量低于国家无公害标准,在肝脏、腮、外套膜均较高,特别是肝脏,远超过国家无公害标准,属于严重污染;Cr、Cu、Pb在闭壳肌、肝脏、腮、外套膜组织中的含量均低于国家无公害标准,分析认为珠海市场上栉江珧受到一定程度的Cd污染。

Assessment of heavy metal contents in tissues of Atrina pectinata

Abstract:Objective: To assess the condition of heavy metal pollution in Atrina pectinatas sold in seafood markets in Zhuhai.Method: Atrina pectinatas from different seafood markets in Zhuhai were collected to test the accumulated quantities of heavy metals including Cd,Cr,Cu,Pb and Zn in four different tissues,i.e.adductor muscle,liver,gill,mantle,using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.With the single contamination index evaluation model,the edibility of Atrina pectinatas was assessed according to the national standards of the limits of toxic and hazardous substances in the pollution-free aquatic products.The results have shown that the contents of Cr,Cu and Pb were low in the four tissues.The content of Cd was the highest in liver and the lowest in adductor muscle.The content of Zn was the highest in gill and the lowest in adductor muscle.Results: Among the collected samples,except in mantle,the content of Cd in the other three tissues of Atrina pectinata,especially in liver,exceeded the limits of toxic and hazardous substances in the pollution-free aquatic products.The contents of Cr,Cu and Pb in the four tissues of Atrina pectinatas did not exceed the limit.It has shown that Atrina pectinatas sold in seafood markets in Zhuhai were contaminated with Cd to some degree.
