摘    要:基于用能分析的三环节模型,对某炼油厂延迟焦化装置进行了能量分析、Yong分析,并且在此基础上提出了各环节的优化改造措施。例如工艺过程改进主要通过分馏塔回流取热优化,增加高温位蜡油循环取热产生1.0MPa蒸汽;供水处理站利用装置低温热将水预热等。装置通过节能改造,能耗大幅度降低,经济效益显著。

Abstract:Based on the three-link energy structural model, the energy analysis, exergy analysis were conducted for a delayed coker in a domestic refinery and optimization measures proposed. The pumparounds heat removal of the fractionator was optimized and the high temperature waxy-oil heat removal was increased to produce more steam of 1.0 MPa. The low temperature heat in the process was recovered to preheat the fresh water from a water treatment station.Through revamping,the energy consumption decreased and the economic benefits increased greatly.
