摘    要:针对旋转电弧传感器焊接的特点,对平板M IG焊接,建立了适当的有限元计算模型,利用ANSYS软件的APDL语言编写了程序,解决了呈高斯函数分布且旋转移动的焊接热源的施加的问题,实现了焊接温度场的三维动态模拟,并将计算量控制在可接受的范围内.研究了旋转电弧传感器自身的特性对焊缝质量的影响作用,并通过实验验证了模拟的可靠性.

Abstract:According to the characters of the rotating arc sensor welding,based on flat MIG arc welding,the proper finite element model was built.Based on ANSYS APDL developing platform,the program was designed to solve the GAUSS function and moving rotating heat loading and obtain the three-dimensional dynamical temperature field for build-up welding.The amount of calculation was controlled within the acceptable range.The effect by the characteristic of the rotating arc sensor is studied and the conclusion is confirmed by the experiment.
