| 摘 要： | 通过对128株社区获得性肺炎病原菌调查及耐药性分析,发现社区获得性肺炎的主要致病菌依次为铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、不动杆菌、大肠埃希菌;革兰阴性杆菌对三代头孢菌素的耐药率增高,指出今后应加强病原菌培养及药敏监测,以指导临床科学使用抗生素。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the pathogenic bacteria of 128 strains from community acquired pneumonia patients and their drug resistance, it found out the major pathogenic bacteria of community acquired pneumonia cases were pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus, klebsiella pneumoniae, acinetobacter and escherichia coli in turn. The drug resistance ratio of gram-negative rods to the third generation of cephalosporin was elevated.It pointed out that one should strengthen the culture pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitivity monitoring so as to guide antibiotics application scientifically in clinic. |
