| 摘 要： | 针对常权模糊综合评判在对装备维修人员保障能力评估时带来的"状态失衡"的问题,运用变权原理,提出了一种基于惩罚与激励的局部状态变权模型,对装备维修人员的保障能力进行了变权模糊综合评判.通过编程实现模型提出的算法,运用实例分析对模型进行了验证,并与常权模糊综合评判的结果进行了比较,得出变权模糊综合评判更能反映出装备维修人员保障能力实际的结论. |

| Abstract: | To deal with the problem of "situation imbalance" caused by invariable weight fuzzy synthesis evaluation when evaluating the capability of equipment maintenance personnel,a local situation variable-weight model based on punishing and inspiriting is proposed by using variable weight theory,which can evaluate the personnel capability of equipment maintenance.Experimental results obtained through comparing the results from invariable-weight model and variable-weight model show that it is more accordant with the fact of personnel capability of equipment maintenance. |
